Our restaurant offers traditional cuisine that changes with the seasons and is based on the flavours of our land.

 Rediscover Valais and its products through our convivial meal such as our cheese and meat fondues , ‘Beef Glareyarde’ and several homemade sauces with flavours that will tantalise your taste buds, to dishes such as our marinated beef carpaccio with Grand Saint-Bernard spices.

The region is as important to us for our menu as it is for our wine list. A selection of wines from the surrounding region as well as a from the French, Italian and Argentinean region that  will satisfy your desires

Restaurant Opening Hours :

Our restaurant is open from monday to saturday lunch.

Lunch : 11:30 am to 1:30 pm

Evening : 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm
